Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase

For pre-order items, your card will be charged at the time of purchase. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; re-shipping fees may apply for incorrect addresses

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your El Cabello By Vuvu pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  • Items in original, unworn condition
  • All tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Returned within 14 days

Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale or final sale items
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Worn or altered items
  • Items without tags

6. Intellectual Property
