How to Initiate a Return

Receive Label

We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label (SA customers) or return instructions.

Pack & Ship

Pack your items carefully in original packaging and attach the return label.

Get Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.

Exchanges

Exchange for a Different Size

Need a different size? We make exchanges easy. Simply follow the return process and indicate your preferred size in your return request.

Subject to Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll offer a full refund.

Price Differences

If exchanging for a different item, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

One Exchange Per Order

We allow one exchange per item. Further exchanges will be treated as new returns.

Received a Damaged Item?

We take great care in packaging your orders, but sometimes accidents happen during shipping. If you receive a damaged item:

  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • Keep the original packaging for inspection

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
