If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If the package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
