Standard shipping within South Africa takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery is available for 2-3 business days. For international orders, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. All orders over R3,500 qualify for free standard shipping within South Africa.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that pre-order and custom items are final sale. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Once approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label.

Pre-order items are made-to-order to minimize waste and ensure the perfect fit. When you place a pre-order, full payment is taken at checkout. Your item will be crafted within 2-3 weeks and then shipped to you. You'll receive email updates throughout the process. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or returned as they are made specifically for you.
